Hiring multiple candidates, Easy Apply, Full Time Job Description We are seeking dedicated full-time paraprofessionals to join our team in supporting K-12 special education students across the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. In this role, you will partner closely with licensed teachers to create an inclusive and supportive environment tailored to each student's unique needs. Working with students in either a one-to-one setting or small groups, you'll assist with academic modifications, self-care, and social/behavioral support. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 - $23 , paid weekly, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule (7:30 am to 3:00/4:30 pm) and no weekend work.
