Reason for Coverage: Mammo vacation coverage for current Radiologist
Practice Setting: Hospital based - OP mammography
Average Number of Cases Per Day: 60 - depending on the case type.
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Number of Exam Rooms: 3
Number of Radiologists in Practice: 9
Description of Support Staff: Mammography Technologists, Director, Receptionists, IT, PACS
Do You Use Teleradiology?: Yes, but not for Mammography
Patient Age Demographic: adult, geriatric
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months if MA licensed
Procedures Required: - Mammography
- Breast procedures
Interventional Procedures Required: - Breast procedures - Stereotactic, Localizations, under mammography, Ultrasound and MRI
Submission Requirements- Board Certified - ABR
- MA License
