Our organization is seeking an experienced, motivated, and innovative individual to take on the role of Director of Operations. This position will be integral to our leadership team, providing strategic direction and oversight to our operational activities across multiple locations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing budgets, maintaining quality control, and handling client relations for major clients. This role involves leading large-scale projects and developing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization across multiple locations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
2. Manage budgets and financial plans and oversee expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop regional and site managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
5. Handle client relations for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
6. Manage large-scale projects, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure successful completion.
7. Oversee quality control processes, implementing improvements where necessary to ensure the highest standards are met.
8. Recruit, train, and retain top talent, developing a strong, capable team that can deliver on our operational goals.
9. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
10. Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to align strategies and ensure organizational goals are met.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-location setting.
3. Proven experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale projects.
5. Extensive experience in client relations and account management.
6. Excellent leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
7. Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to travel as needed to oversee operations at multiple locations.
11. Proven track record in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.
