Job Details:

We are a leading manufacturing company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tests to ensure product quality.
  • Perform internal audits and temperature checks to ensure that all processes are running optimally.
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality and work closely with production teams to establish procedures and quality standards.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).
  • Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure the integrity and quality of the product.
  • Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient knowledge of Quality Assurance, GMP, SSOP, QC Checks, HACCP, and GFSI.
  • Proven experience in performing internal audits and temperature checks.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
  • Ability to interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage.
