Gorgeous One Star Michelin restaurant in San Francisco is looking for a motivated General Manager to join the team. We are looking for someone who can develop personal and long-term relationships with our team and wants to be an integral leader in a growing restaurant.
With this concept, we strive to push the envelope when it comes to Northern California culinary excellence in a Michelin setting. Since our conception, we have focused on cultivating an environment where our guests feel like they are part of something memorable. We are looking for a leader to join our team that will continue to find new ways to innovate and improve the overall experience for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities
The General Manager, under the direction of our Director of Operations, is responsible for the following:
- Mentor staff and foster a positive work environment
- Payroll, tip, and cash management
- Hiring, training, and scheduling FOH staff
- Wine knowledge and training
- Reservation system management
- Website content updates
- Manage inbound guest communications (email and phone)
- Assist in private dining and off-site dinner execution (collaborate with events manager and Chefs)
*Required Experience*
· 2-3 years Michelin experience and Sommelier Certification strongly preferred.
