Travel is required for this position. Care is provided in patient’s private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest.nnJob Responsibilities:nnGood Shepherd Community Care is pleased to offer this opportunity for a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse seeking to practice at the top of their license.The Hospice LPN will provide the highest quality nursing care for all hospice patients following the established plans of care. The ideal candidate understands the importance of providing an exceptional level of nursing services and compassionate end-of-life care for clients. This LPN must be professional, reliable and organized, and must demonstrate effective communication skills. Hospice LPNS perform the full range of their professional capabilities. LPNs with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach flourish at Good Shepherd.
