Your function
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an agri-food company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, a Quality Manager - Shift work - Monday to Friday - Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Manage the implementation and monitoring of GFSI certification (SQF).
- Manage quality documentation related to the HACCP and SQF systems (revisions, forms, records).
- Supervise the team of quality control technicians and manage sanitation subcontractors.
- Organize BPH and technical training.
- Collaborate with CFIA and respond to inspection requests.
- Perform other tasks related to the quality department.

Your profile
At least 5 years' experience in a similar position in the agri-food industry, with meat processing an asset.
-DEC, BAC in food quality and process technology, microbiology, or other relevant training
-Fluency in spoken and written French, functional English
-Knowledge of standards in regulated areas, relations with CFIA, HACCP and SQF standards, mandatory
-90k - $110k - depending on profile and experience
