- Join our close-knit group of 10 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Brockton Hospital.
- We are fortunate to have a dedicated site coordinator assigned to this team who will help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician.
- Authorized to work in the United States or require H1b visa support.
Practice in the Hearth of the Community Flexible Scheduling:
- Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- Shifts for this nocturnist position are scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your responsibility will encompass approximately nine nightly admissions, floor calls, limited APP supervision, and the ability to teach transitional year residents from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
- The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24/7. So, procedures are not required.
- As part of our hospitalist team, you'll contribute to the rapid response and code team. We are all certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, and the intensivist team will take over the code once they arrive.
- Our team will connect frequently over lunch to address concerns and receive updates on Sound and hospital matters.
- We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.
- We use Meditech and have access to our internal informatics platform.
