Schedule:
- Start ASAP:
- Clinic open 8 am - 5 pm
- Hours will vary by day of the week
- No Call
Medical Home Model:
- Outpatient, ages 2 and up
- Manageable 10-15 patients per day
Cases:
- Primary care and occupational health services
Qualifications:
- Board-certified
- Active AL license
- Current BLS, DEA
- Min. 24 months experience

- 7 days or less!
