Start date : ASAP ; End date : Ongoing

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Availability to work at least 32 hours per week
• Ability to work on-site
• Comfortable with computers/technology and proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Experience in public or community mental health settings
• Familiarity with treating complex patient populations, including those with severe mental illness and substance abuse disorders
• Pending additional information from the site and will update the job description when obtained

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice - Highly Preferred
• Active CA license - REQUIRED
