Job Description:
- Work collaboratively within a team to provide quality care to patients.
- Float to various assigned clinic locations as needed.
- Assist with patient assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the clinical setting.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
