3 physicians/12.4 APCs
• 9,000 cases/year
• 7 ORs, 2 GI labs (No OB)
• 9,000 cases /year
• Home Call required for mechanical thrombectomy
• Cases include lots of general surgery, ortho, total joints, urology, podiatry, endo, lungs, blocks, healthy peds (ENT). Some eyes.
**No hearts, heads or trauma. No OB.**
• Endo performed in non-OR location. Close to OR however
• Rare sedation with MRI
• Occasional TEE's and cardioversions
• Medically Supervision (NOT MEDICALLY Directed)
• The three most common blocks are: Spinals; Adductor canal blocks; Interscalene blocks
• The CRNA's do blocks as well as the anesthesiologist, so if someone does not do blocks we will still use them
• EMR-EPIC
