Certification Details BLS CPI Job Details Research Psychiatric Center, located in Kansas City, MO, is looking for a Travel RN specializing in mental health and behavioral issues. ACTIVE BLUE CARD CPI and BLS certifications are required to submit. Job Requirements The ability to assess patients' mental health status, including recognizing signs of psychiatric disorders, substance use, and behavioral problems. Developing individualized care plans for patients with mental health and behavioral issues. Administering psychiatric medications and monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions. Providing immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis. Schedule Information Coverage is required for three 12-hour shifts each day, seven days a week, including weekends. Days off are not guaranteed unless specified in the contract. Unit Specific Information Unit specifics include ADOL, Serenity, ITU, SRAD, and VINE. Dress code for Nurses is blue, MHT’s wear green or black.
