CenterWell Senior Primary Care Centers is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatric, Family or Internal Medicine Physician for a position in our Lexington, Kentucky office. We have an additional opening in Frankfort as well. Up to $60k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. Total earnings with base salary and quality incentive above $300k.
