Job Details Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate accounting records for monthly inventory and cost of goods sold. Support financial operations related to inventory costing, standard cost valuations, and supply chain purchase orders. Collaborate with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams to align financial activities with operational strategies. Serve as a primary finance resource for year-end physical inventory processes. Contribute to timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Assist the Sr. Director of Finance in FP&A activities, including strategic planning and budgeting. Partner with the Controller on inventory close, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and audit preparation. Provide support for the order-to-cash process, including customer setup, sales ordering, shipping, PO analysis, and accounts receivable management. Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in special projects and workflow optimization initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting principles. Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software; experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
