We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include some night and weekend coverage. Night Schedule: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. (Nights Vary: 4-Nights on 4-Nights off) Responsibilities: Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally. Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts. Accurate data entry of the company computer systems. Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations. Works with team members to solve problems. Provides clear work instructions to drivers. Demonstrates high resource utilization. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). Proficient communicator (English Proficient). Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
