Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Law Firm Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in maintaining an efficient and effective work environment in a fast-paced and growing law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive work environment for all staff.
- Managing administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinating with IT department to ensure efficient system operation and troubleshoot issues.
- Implementing and managing office policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Managing office budget, including tracking expenditures and providing reports.
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a law firm or legal department.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
