Responsibilities

• Representing clients in mergers and acquisitions including share purchase and asset purchase transactions
• Assisting on corporate finance transactions, public and private offerings of debt and securities
• Clients are across all sectors including public and private companies, technology companies and energy
• Provide advice with respect to securities regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate law at a reputable law firm
• Experience in both M&A and Securities work is considered an asset
• A license to practice in Alberta
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
