We’re currently seeking a Vice President of Procurement responsible for leading procurement globally, developing sourcing strategies, optimizing processes and inventory while leading the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for procurement to optimize quality, cost savings and inventory levels
• Lead the procurement and supply chain team and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship
• Manage procurement and inventory budgets, and ensure products meet or exceed pricing
• Lead negotiation on purchase contracts, vendor qualification process and oversees vendor compliance
• Manage lifecycle of contracts, monitor performance and enforce terms and conditions
• Manage relationship with suppliers and evaluate supplier performance
• Identify efficiencies and improve processes within procurement and inventory

Desired Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree in business, supply chain, or related, master’s degree considered an asset
• 10+ years supply chain, procurement, and contract management experience with 3+ years leadership
• Working knowledge of procurement, contract law and supply chain management principles
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
• Analytically minded with success recognizing trends and driving strategic decisions
