Insight Global is seeking a General Manager for one of our premier clients in the restaurant industry, located in the Cornwall area, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a people-first mindset, excelling in motivating and supporting their team while leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure the franchise runs smoothly and meets performance standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure profitability.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, company policies, and local regulations.
- Marketing and Sales: Implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability.
Must-Haves:
- Extensive experience in the restaurant industry, particularly with large enterprises.
- Relevant experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager.
- Strong understanding of people management and a passion for motivating and leading employees.

- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Base salary starting at $65,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.
