Managers should be experienced with the culture of our establishment and have extensive knowledge of the tools that we utilize to operate it. Experience with Resy and the capability to build and maintain reservation books and guest profiles. This individual will preferably have experience interacting with all Front of House positions in a leadership role, but we are open to cross train in all front of house roles.
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and will be responsible for supervising, servers, hosts, bartenders and kitchen staff. A successful candidate will have two-or-more years of restaurant management experience, as well as experience with hiring and training employees, managing shifts and scheduling and guests' resolution. Experience in Japanese cuisine a plus!
