OverviewnnEnterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix! This position has a start date of January through either April or May in 2025.nnThe Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support and service customers.nnThe position is a Seasonal position (40 hours per week) - Position pays $18 / hournnApart from religious observation, must be available to work ONE of the following schedule:nnOffering Weekend and Night schedulesnnThe position is SEASONAL (starting January 2025 and lasting no more than 150 days)nnJob location: Sky Harbor Airport Rental Car CenternnResponsibilitiesnnProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in personnnMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannernnProvide directions and general assistancennAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnnnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsnnUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other servicesnnMay sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentnnResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenancennClean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needednnPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignednnEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransnnQualificationsnnMust be at least 18 years of agennMust have at least 1 year prior customer service experiencennMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsnnNo drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the last 3 yearsnnMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futurennMust not have interviewed with Enterprise for a customer service position at Sky Harbor in the last 12 monthsnnMust be willing to accept a seasonal position lasting no more than 150 days starting in January 2025.
