Responsible for global functional configuration changes within the company's HRIS. HR Functional knowledge with strong technical expertise of HR systems inorder to drive process and system adoption and efficiency, promote data intergrity and ensure deleivery of accurate reporting to the business. This position will work collaboratively with functional business areas to achieve agreed upon project objectives, milestones and deleiverables as well as working to continously improve upon asset-related processes and effectively communicating them to all stakeholders, facilitators,partners and team members.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree HR, Business or IT
7 years cumulative experience in HR, HRIS ot IT with sytems administrator or analyst experience
5-7 years of Technical project management or Workday experience
Knowledge of: Kronos, Taleo, Project Management, MicroSoft Office Suite, MS Excel
Strong discretion in dealing with Highly confidential and sensitive information
