RN Treatment Nurse at Touchstone Communities summary: The Treatment Nurse RN is responsible for delivering resident-specific care focused on improving skin integrity and managing wound care. Collaborating with physicians and licensed nurses, the nurse will modify treatment regimens to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents, ensuring compliance with medical practices and regulations. The Heights of Tyler Treatment Nurse RN - Must be wound care certified Must have a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid RN/LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State. The Treatment Nurse will deliver resident specific care in order to provide services to maintain and/or improve skin integrity.
