  • Specialty: Interventional Neurology

  • Location: Wisconsin
  • Job Setting: Inpatient
  • Coverage Required: 01-01-2025 - Ongoing
  • Schedule: On-site clinical hours and calls if needed
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
  • License: An active Wisconsin state license or IMLC membership is required
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and calls if needed. Clinic hours are Wednesday-Thursday-Friday 9am-4pm. Call per 24 hours is 2-5 callbacks. IR Cases per week including urgent cases are 3-6. A typical day would be clinic time and 24-hour call with 2-3 callbacks not necessarily procedures with 3-5 procedures a week. There's an average of 5-10 patients per shift.
