- ASAP - Ongoing
- Rehab/ECF Facility: Monday to Sunday, 7a - 5p
- Call Schedule: Must be available for phone calls, 5p - 7a
- Percentage of Practice: Adult Inpatient - 100%
- PM&R: Sports/Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
- Average number of patients per day: 14
- Number of Physicians in a group: 7 PMR physicians
- Locum tenens physician are not required to supervise other healthcare providers
- Other PM&Rs will not be present during our locum tenens coverage
- X-ray onsite
- Number of exam rooms: 14
- EMR System: Epic (Hospital)
- Total number of beds: 300
- Trauma Level III
- Referral/Transfer Protocol: Affiliated hospitals transfer from 13 miles and 28 miles are most common
- Required Scope of Practice: Sub-acute (Rehab facility)
- Board Certified - Required
- Active CO License - Required
