The Acute Care Hospital PA works collaboratively with the attending physicians. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for assisting physicians within their scope of practice. Specialties include orthopedic surgery, critical care and clinic based. Physician Assistants will perform physical exams, provide treatment, order diagnostics, and facilitate patient care from admission to discharge.

Requirements for this position include:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• an active NY state Physician Assistant license
• National Certification for Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
• 2+ years of experience as a PA
