What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to various job sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Maintain accurate delivery records and logs. Ensure the highest quality of product delivery and customer satisfaction. What Are We Looking For Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations. Ability to operate and maintain equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical capability to handle the demands of the job. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
