Description
Real Time Remote Security Solutions & Monitoring | No False Alarms (
Manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service. (reaching out to subs, contacting clients, onboarding subs etc.)
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs. (client response, confirm if cameras are on or off for techs, remote documentation when techs are on site)
Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions
Reviewing DG and Voice down speakers to confirm aiming is accurate and voice down capabilities are functioning.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in service coordination or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software
