Be part of a tight-knit, long-term team that prides itself on providing exceptional care to the community. This private practice is currently a one-doctor clinic, soon to expand to two doctors, supported by 2 RDHs, an office manager, and 2 CDAs.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator with:

• A strong background in treatment coordination, ideally with a focus on sales and customer service.
• The ability to explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Experience organizing and presenting treatment and financial plans.
• A solid understanding of dental insurance plans.
• A friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
• (Preferred but not required) A background in dental assisting.

Position Details:

• Hours : Includes two evenings a week, working until 7:00 PM.
