Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Engagement Specialist to join our client's team in Escondido, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organization that values teamwork, collaboration, and diversity!
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engagement strategies to build and maintain relationships with clients and community partners
  
• Evaluate and arrange new referrals, ensuring daily updates to tracking tools
  
• Support report creation by collecting data from computer systems, printed documents, and other sources
  
• Handle the processing of supportive services, including the review of related journal entries
  
• Record journal entries in project-specific systems for supportive services, following State guidelines
  
• Interact with participants daily, motivating them to attend their scheduled appointments.
  
• Offer participants a comprehensive overview of the program and details about the orientation process
  
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve client satisfaction
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client engagement, event planning, or community outreach
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
  
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
  
• Intermediate use in Microsoft Office Suite
  
• CA valid driver's license
  

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week
  
• Full-time
  
• Onsite
  
• Monday- Friday
  
• 8:00am-5:00pm PST

• Located in Escondido, San Diego
  
• Contract to hire role
  
• Compensation: $19.00 per hour
