The opportunity:nnThis role will report to the Sr. Manager Business Continuity and will be responsible for supporting the companyu2019s North Americau2019s Business Continuity Program. This position will support various Business Areas in planning, building, and completing activities for Business Continuity Management. They will help assess risks and manage gaps in resiliency readiness by enforcing compliance and seeking opportunities for process improvement.nnThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with program management, operational resiliency, and risk management with a strong understanding of the ISO 22301 standards. The candidate should have a have experience leading teams and working in a matrix organization.
