In addition to nurturing and advancing the lives of our residents, our team members enjoy meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, within a supportive culture centered around advancing their lives, as well.nnThe OpportunitynnThe Licensed Caregiver - LPN is part of the Health & Wellness Team responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals.nnWhat You'll DonnHelping residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressingnSupporting residents with medication.nRepositioning residents in bed and escorting them around the communitynToileting, incontinent carenTake vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate and pulsenObserve and report on residents' health, escalating any problems efficiently and effectivelynDetail daily reports to Nurse, or designated charge person, at end of shiftnProvide emotional support and serve as a source of comfort for residents and their loved onesnRecognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report to a supervisornPerform nursing assessments, including vital signs monitoring, physical examinations, and health status evaluations, to identify and address resident needs promptly.nProvide wound care and other nursing interventions as directed by the registered nurse or healthcare provider, following applicable state regulations, established protocols and infection control practices.nResponsibilities include customer service, safety, resident care, and communication.nnWhat You'll BringnnPOSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:nnMust be at least 18 years of age.nMust pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens.nDemonstrates effective time management skills.nHigh school graduate or equivalent.nMust have a valid, unrestricted nursing license in the state.nCurrent CPR certification.nMaintain CEU requirements.nRead, write, speak and understand the English language.nMake independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.nInterpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions.nStaff supervisionnAssessment and resident care skills;nMedication management principles and practice; andnWritten and verbal communication skills.nnWe Got YounnWe see and support the whole you.
