• Supervise care, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and resolve patient concerns
• Build relationships with patients, families, and staff to coordinate care and delegate tasks as needed

Required certifications and licensures: Current state licensure or certification, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN certification within a year, at least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting within the last five years.
