About the Position

Are you looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety, and competitive compensation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Merchandising Representative to join our dynamic team in the Camrose territory.

The successful candidate will work/travel within the Camrose area (approximately 5-7 hours per week) with a top-tier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client, managing the company's products and programs to selected retailers to maximize sales opportunities. This includes executing retail priorities, building and leveraging strong store management relationships, providing merchandising support, and preparing required reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing client retail priorities including product distribution, display maintenance, and shelf detailing
  • Building and leveraging strong store management relationships
  • Providing regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelves, updating planograms, and correcting out-of-stock issues
  • Preparing and submitting daily reporting
  • Providing feedback and insights to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Merchandising experience with a focus on Walmart and the grocery channel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Familiarity with reporting information and computer skills (Excel)
  • Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing market environment
  • Potential for overnight travel when necessary
  • Able to lift up to 15kg and stand for extended periods
