- Dates:
- January: 6-9, 13-16, 20-23, 27-30
- February: 3-6, 10-13, 17-20, 24-27
- March: 3-6, 10-13, 17-20, 24-27
- Coverage Dates: 22 days per month ongoing
- Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am to 4:30pm.
- Call if needed 24 hours
- Type of Patients/Cases: Bladder cancer, Erectile dysfunction, Incontinence, Kidney stones, Overactive bladder, Testicular cancer, Urologic infections, and stones. Cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy
- Support Staff: 3 NPs, clinic registration, Nurse
- Patients per Day/Volume: 20 patients in clinic
- EMR: Epic
- Certifications: BC or truly BE, TN license no IMLC
- Credentialing: 90 days
