Job Description

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION CONSIDERATION:

-MUST live in the State of North Carolina, with locality to Raleigh/Durham areas - NO RELOCATION WILL BE OFFERED

-MUST have experience running and analyzing reports within a HUMAN RESOURCES department - not IT

-MUST have experience with Workday HRIS and Microsoft Excel

  • Coordinates data requirements in relation to HR, employee-specific data
  • Supports the processing and running of reports
  • Analyzes reports as it relates to employee-specific data
  • Inputs into the documentation of data governance to ensure end to end data quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Updating and maintaining accurate information on the company's HRIS
  • Updating documents in response to new legislation or policy changes
  • Involvement in HR projects, to include streamlining processes within our HRIS
  • Actively participating in process improvement discussions and implementing necessary changes
  • HIGH level of IT skills - MUST have experience creating and pulling reports, and analyzing reports in regard to employee-specific data/information
  • High-level Excel experience (Pivot tables, vLookup, macros, etc.)
  • Must be comfortbale hangling employee information (and experience doing so)
  • Keen attention to detail
