Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
• Handling estate and trust administration matters, including probate filings, estate tax returns, and trust funding.

• Conducting legal research and analysis on complex estate planning and tax issues.
• Collaborating with clients, accountants, and financial advisors to create comprehensive estate plans.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).
