Position Overview:
The Trusts and Estates Associate will focus on estate planning, trust administration, and estate administration, working on sophisticated matters and providing direct client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
- Handling estate and trust administration matters, including probate filings, estate tax returns, and trust funding.

- Conducting legal research and analysis on complex estate planning and tax issues.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).
