What your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:
- Partner with leadership on strategy, change management, and communication plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.
- Oversee compliance, employee relations, and payroll review processes.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with some form of manufacturing experience REQUIRED.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and HRIS proficiency (e.g., Workday).
- A proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset with a focus on results.
