Our client is seeking to recruit a Sr. Production Leader, to be located in Illinois, USA (location available on request).

You will work as part of the Senior Management Team with overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities, creating a safe collaborative working environment, continuously improving the manufacturing facility, whilst ensuring the quality of all manufactured products.

Required experience:

• Degree qualified
• A strong working history gained in the Chemical Manufacturing industry
• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety
• Ensure all products manufactured meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements
• Providing leadership and direction to plant staff, fostering a positive work environment
