Miners Underground is looking for A-player Project Superintendent to lead our field crews in executing projects! Miners Underground is a small utility contractor in southeast MN that specializes in cable and conduit installation. We exist to transform our teams and industry to glorify God! If our mission doesn't excite you, this is not a place for you!

We need a leader with experience to lead our crews into the work and coach our young core team!

The Project Superintendent needs-

• To rally the team around the mission and lead the execution with enthusiasm. The "Galvanizer" of the team.
• Must derive energy from finishing jobs.
• Must derive energy from empowering others through humility.
• Must have a love for creating and maintaining systems and process needed day-to-day.

To win as a project manager at Miners Underground-

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the crew foreman.
• Maintain a organized jobsite.
• Embody a "service-mindset" as the leader for customer, and team members.
