We are a fast-growing B-to-B media company looking for a Marketing Manager to join our company headquartered in New York City. We engage our audience through print, digital, events, social media, and video channels. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns that promote our subscriptions, data products, and events.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of buying and managing media campaigns to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and social media channels.
- Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns by applying testing and learning strategies to improve performance against KPIs.
- Craft compelling messaging and creative assets for use across various digital channels.
- Manage copy edits and graphics for campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.
- Schedule and oversee campaigns for web advertising and social media in collaboration with Ad Ops and Social Media teams.
- Work with the design team and Marketing Director to update media kits and sales marketing collateral.
- Support partnership initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and execute media buying and campaign management strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in media or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Sailthru, Sprout Social, or similar ESPs.
- Experience in buying and managing media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing copy for various channels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Media or publishing industry experience is a plus.
