Job Summary: The Healthcare Finance Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between finance and IT departments. This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems and processes to improve financial operations and reporting within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify and analyze business requirements and develop solutions to improve financial systems and processes.
• Configure benefits and pricing within Facets
• Design, implement, and maintain financial systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, systems, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare finance and business systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business systems analyst role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, SQL, and data visualization tools.
