Responsibilities

• Perform and summarize investigations
• Research laws and procedures, rules and regulations relevant to claims
• Manage cases from intake through closing including hearings and depositions
• Handle cases independently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Litigation experience
• Experience attending depositions, hearings, mediations and arbitration
• Must possess excellent research and writing skills
• Must be FL Barred
