Key Responsibilities:

Legal consultation and customer response for criminal cases

Case investigation and evidence collection, case-related analysis

Defense activities during police investigation and prosecution

Defense and litigation strategy establishment in court

Detention review and bail application processing

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor or equivalent

New York Bar licensure and residency in New York City.

Suitable for law firms or individual attorneys.

Open to both experienced and entry-level attorneys.

Ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Legal consultation and customer response for Criminal cases experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retraining at listed companies or large law firms

understanding and experience of litigation procedures

Proven ability to support law firm growth and drive innovation in the U.S. market.

Experience in managing cross-border projects.

Excellent legal analysis and logical thinking skills

Korean proficiency is preferred, but not required.

Experience in litigation in Criminal fields.

Salary information:

Junior Associate: Starting from $100,000 ~

Mid-Level Attorney (3+ years): Starting from $150,000 ~

Mid-Level Attorney (5+ years): Starting from $200,000 ~

high-Level Attorney (10 years ~): Starting from $250,000 ~
