Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support a newly installed piece of automated assembly equipment. The ideal candidate will possess advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills, demonstrate expertise in continuous improvement and change management, and excel in communication and collaboration. This role focuses on resolving equipment issues, implementing process improvements, and driving machinery enhancements to optimize reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably with automated systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and change management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Systematic and methodical approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with technicians, operators, and engineers to address and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
- Identify and implement mid-term process improvements to enhance equipment performance.
- Apply a systematic approach to problem-solving, ensuring sustainable and efficient solutions.
- Drive machinery enhancements to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing operational needs and ensure alignment with production goals.
