Role Overview: As our
Structural Steel Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile structural steel projects from start to finish. You will ensure projects come to life, shape skylines, and transform communities. Your critical and creative thinking, along with your project management expertise, will be essential for the success of each project.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of structural steel projects from initial planning to final completion.
- Conduct site visits, coordinate with engineers and architects, manage project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and industry regulations.
- Review project plans and ensure high standards of work.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 7+ years in the structural steel industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Tekla, Fabtrol, Microsoft Project, and Primavera.
- Strong understanding of structural steel projects, construction materials, building codes, and industry standards.
- Ability to create comprehensive project plans, monitor and track project expenses, and maintain project schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
