Knowledge/Skills/Abilitiesnn• Responsible for program development, implementation, and management of process improvement initiatives.nn• Coordinates, directs, and manages the activities of the department and the process improvement process.nn• Assesses business and operational needs for opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and accuracy.nn• Works with the Director of Healthcare Analysis to develop and deploy an organizational strategy to optimize workflows.nn• Uses Lean and Six-Sigma methodology to create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.nn• Responsible for the developing and conducting process improvement training within the organizationnn• Conduct meetings and disseminates communication related to process improvement activities to senior leadership and staff as needed.nn• Knowledge of HEDIS measurement and reportingnn• Knowledge of quality measurementnn• Knowledge of process improvementnn• Knowledge of quality in healthcarenn• Knowledge of change managementnn• Participate as a team player by demonstrating support to peers, management and the department's goals.nnJob QualificationsnnRequired EducationnnBA / BS / BSN or equivalent work experiencennRequired Experiencenn• Minimum of 5 years' experience in health plan process improvementnn• 2 years supervisory or lead role experience.nnPreferred EducationnnAdvanced clinical degree or advanced public health or health care administration degreennPreferred Experiencenn• State QI experiencenn• Medicaid and/or Medicare QInnDatabricksnnDevelopment leading indicators and data visualizationnnInformaticsnnSQLnnPower BInnPreferred License, Certification, Associationnn• Black Belt in Lean/Six-SigmannTo all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.nnMolina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
