Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist of Process and Programs to drive continuous process improvement, efficiencies and effectiveness across the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process. This position reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives, will partner with recruitment and HR team members to deliver enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives, programs and process to deliver elevated hiring manager and candidate experiences. This is a strategic role where you'll be expected to operate as an experienced consultant and analyst to drive an entire project lifecycle, manage stakeholders, and own process improvement execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement via conducting process workshop sessions to map current state, propose opportunities to improve processes, document future state process flows and requirements for system and solution design
Approach recruitment team members and stakeholders as a consultant and advisor to drive toward optimal solution recommendations
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and indirect resources to ensure successful outcomes related to projects to drive program value or process improvement
Own and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, process flow charts, policy documentation, and related training materials
Lead the change management planning, design, and implementation
Partner with TA and HR Technology teams to ensure processes are feasible with systems/tools in place
Work cross-functionally with HR, TA Leadership, and recruiting delivery teams to execute projects and define requirements and design for process improvements
Own Talent Acquisition Programs such as Interviewer Certification including data analysis, stakeholder engagement, determine success metrics, and plan continuous improvement
Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition programs that support the company's hiring goals
Determine the program or process impact on the business through activities such as focus groups or surveys, pulling data, and measuring process efficiency
Conduct competitor analysis or vendor insights into how we can continually improve and develop our programs to be industry leaders within Talent Acquisition
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment operations, or program management
Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in recruitment strategy development, process optimization, and stakeholder management
Strong program/project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience building relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated customer service skills, ability to understand and professionally respond to customer needs required
Experience and knowledge of Talent Acquisition hiring practices
Experience in process documentation and/or change management

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
