In Customer Support, you will partner with operational areas to facilitate the implementation of Kaizen initiatives, providing coaching, training, documentation, and change management to build self-sufficiency within teams. You will work to enhance team capacity, ensuring that staff can achieve tangible results through the effective use of Kaizen methods. In Class Support, you will facilitate and teach Lean classes, offering hands-on guidance to participants and collaborating with the Kaizen Learning and Development Consultant to improve class materials. For Project Support, you will assist KPO Specialists and Senior team members with strategic projects that contribute to the organization's continuous improvement efforts. You will apply Kaizen tools and techniques, acting as a liaison to resolve barriers and serving as a role model for lean thinking.
